- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Case worker always calls me when I specifically said on my application when I would not be available to pick up the phone because of when I am typically scheduled to work. Case worker said they'd call me for an appointment earlier this month they never called and I left a message with their supervisor. Tried calling case worker this morning and apparently their voice mail box was full. What the hell, their voice mail box should NEVER be full, considering the job they do! Apparently I had an appointment in August and I never got a notification of that. The notification for my September appointment came to me on the mail 2 days after I was supposed to have my appointment. Get your shit together.By Veronica S, August 06, 2017
